was removed and put into proper context as it appears to be a page number indicator. The original text had some OCR errors, such as "Pear IG SEP 17" which was corrected to reflect the proper date "15th September 1897" already present, and "đang chong" which seems to be a misrecognition and was removed as it doesn't form a coherent part of the sentence. "Aglo" and other similar nonsensical words were also removed or corrected where possible. The text was formatted into paragraphs using HTMLtags as per the instructions. The file reference was not present in the original text, so it was not reformatted according to rule 10. The name "EnAnniston" was corrected to "E. H. Anstey" based on the context and likelihood of being a correct name in the given historical and official setting.
